Yes Christian as In Born Again and First name. Lucky aren’t I. And yes, at the time I could buy Tree Seedlings from the forestry for 50 cents each. A few years later, this tree seeds and grows more trees. For $1, I don’t get paid but I’m not doing this for Profit, thats why we went non-profit. After planting over 100 seedlings and restoring a worn lot, my Landlord sold from under me and made massive profit. Thats Greed. Thats way banks fell.
