Carbon offsets - good idea or guilt avoidance?
To put it another way - if a rock star (say for the sake of example) jets around the world on a private jet and has a fleet of supercars, is it okay with you if he or she claims to be ‘green’ because they have ‘off-set’ their carbon emissions, or should they just not indulge in such polluting behaviour in the first place?
