Tonight Londoners, businesses and government departments were encouraged to switch off their lights for an hour. The purpose? To cut carbon and remind us all about the differences we can make to climate change. To see if big businesses like Harrods and famous buildings such as Buckingham Palace would live up to their promises, we took a whistlestop tour of London.
